just received my Bomber - as said one million times the lamb quality is really good. I have worked in the garment production for over 6 years and I know what I am talking about : all the stitchings and trimmings are very neat as well.
I have had 3 leather jkts in the past : 2 lamb and 1 calf. This A2 lamb is much thicker than the previous lamb jkts I had (one of them was a Robert Geller made in Korea - almost paper thin, very fragile). This one is quite stiff, not as much as calf, but almost.
Very happy with the fit, was afraid it would be too big at the rib area and too short, it actually fit pretty slim and length is perfect (could have add 0.5inch to the sleeves for more stacking).
