I'm 6'2", ~145lbs. I got a small with body & sleeve length between medium and large. It's a bit long, but I'll probably wait a bit to decide if I want to get it hemmed -- when I bend my arms (such as when driving) the sleeves still come to about my wrists, which is kind of nice. Other than that, fit is good; there is enough room to layer a bit, but it isn't huge.
Overall, it's very nice. The herringbone is a bit different, but looks really good; and the black trim is a nice accent. I even got a compliment from the first friend who saw me wearing it (which is saying something -- all my friends are computer geeks, so noticing clothes is pretty rare).
