^I would be scared about sizing too if I couldn't reorder. I like my jackets a little roomy because I like layering come winter. If you were planning on a tighter fit maybe 45 would work best for you. I actually think I ordered a size 47 for my og DR. Based off of Synth's fit, the shoulder on my jacket looks "big" but it's never bothered me. I lost ~15 lbs from the time I ordered to when this fit was taken so a 46 would probably fit me better now.
